Jerome Hood, B.S., Ed.M | Co-founder

Mr. Hood was born and reared in Somerville, New Jersey. He graduated from Virginia State University (Petersburg, VA) in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Business Marketing. Mr. Hood later obtained a Masters in Education Management from Strayer University (Richmond, VA). Jerome Hood serves as the organizations Chief Executive Officer, and is a philanthropist who excels in creating opportunity and spreading awareness to communities on issues that are a major concern in today's society. 

Rahmell Dash, B.S., MBA |Co-founder

Mr. Dash was born and reared in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Virginia State University (Petersburg, VA) in 2009 with a Bachelors in Business Marketing. Mr. Dash later obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University (Henrico, VA). Rahmell Dash serves as the organizations Chief Operating Officer, and has a passion for humanitarianism, entrepreneurship and mentoring the youth. 

Jerry Dominique, B.A., |Co-founder

Mr. Dominique was born and reared in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Virginia Union University in 2003 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Beginning his career Mr. Dominique successfully navigated through various sectors of the mental health field. Jerry Dominique saw the need in the market for more quality and reputable mental health services establishing Bridging the Gap Family Services a Virginia based company. He serves as the organizations President where he is quickly establishing himself as a dynamic entrepreneur, mental health advocate and philanthropist.

Dr. Ilona Gravers, PSY.D.,CSTOP | Clinical Director

Dr. Gravers conducts psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, and therapy. She has worked with a diverse population which includes children, adolescents, adults, the chronically mentally ill, sexual offenders and individuals involved in the criminal justice system.  

Dr. April Szilaygi, MA, CSTOP | Clinical Supervisor 

April Szilagyi runs a juvenile sex offender program conducting group, individual and family therapy with at-risk youth and their families. She conducts juvenile and adult psychosexual evaluations and facilitates adult sex offender groups. She also provides therapy to adults. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in psychology.
